Poor service

I have ordered school shoes with them online, I realized I made a mistake then tried to cancel my order. Order was delivered dispite numerous emails to them. It was arranged for them to be returned shoes has been returned its now a week when I send email to Yershin Archay and Nomfundo Nyawose I get no reply. I want my refund they have their good what's holding them with my money.
