Poor quality product Bata Shoes

I purchased a pair of \Bata"men shoes in January for R359.00 at Bata. Barely 5 months later the soles came undone. I returned to it to Bata on Sat 6 June and the sales person stated that the area manager would contact me with a response. On Sat 12 June the same sales person phoned me and said that the area manager declined my claim and that they cannot reimburse me"
