Poor handling of customer complaints

Bata sent me short items on order no 3540,i ordered two backpacks and one tommy shoes,inside the box was one junior backpack and tommy shoes i called them 10 times yesterday i was promised to get a call which i never got,now they sent an email stating that the order no 3540 was fullfilled,i will never buy anything from this company again.
