Poor Customer Service

Good Day<br> <br> I purchased a pair of One Size fits All Socks on the 21st July 2015 at 6:56am. Cost R19.90<br> <br> Tried the socks on soon after only to discover that they are small and not one size fits all.<br> <br> I took the socks back to Bata at around 10:20 am the same day.<br> <br> I explained to the cashier that the socks are the incorrect size but to no avail.<br> She said Its a One size fits all and that she cannot take it back. (I use a size 8 shoe)<br> <br> I then call the head office at 10:27 am and was told that they would get back to me in the afternoon.<br> No response so I called in Today and spoke to Mandisa who agreed with me the it is the socks are small and were not marked correctly. <br> She then advised me to read the terms and conditions on the back of the slip( there are no terms printed on the back of the slip) and said that it is company policy not to take back returns even thou its their fault that the socks were mislabeled.<br> <br> Terrible service<br> .
