Pathetic service recieved at Bata Shoes store

<p>Goodday</p> <p> </p> <p> I am Slindile i bought a pair of shoes at Bata in Durban Musgrave centre on the 4th of October 2016, i tried d shoes they fitted me. The problem started when i was at a wedding walking around with the shoes thats when i realised that the heels are not leveled the other one is higher than the other one. when i fitted the shoes at the store i was fitting to see if it fits me properly i only realise that heels are not leveled at the ****ing because i was now walking around with the shoes. i had worst experience and felf very uncomfortable at a very special occassion and didnt have a spare shoes to wear.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then on the 10th of October 2016 i took the shoes back to the store , the manager told me sorry we cant change or give u refund because u have wore the shoes. i told her yes the only way i could feel that the heels are not leveled was by wearing the shoes. She told me its impossible that the heels are not leveled without even doing proper investigation or enquiring with factory to find out about the shoes, she told me she is not gonna change them or give me refund. i even asked her that what if its a "Factory Fault" she told me thats highly impossible without checking with yours factory. Managers name is Emeraldine who gave me this pathetic and worst service. WHAT HAPPENED TO CONSUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. i am now sitting with useless shoes that im not gonna wear anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>Angry and dissapointed consumer</p> <p>Slindile ********** 321</p>
