Pathetic service

Very very poor service, 2months I returned my daughter's shoes for a bigger size and no communication. I have to keep calling Gloria Khoza in Westville or New Germany only to hear lies. It was my first time and last time purchasing from the **** company. I wonder why my friend recommended it to me. May I have my refund back. **** yol
