No replacement for shoes paid

I have bought a pair of school shoes last year 2023. The size was too small. So I asked to return it for a bigger size. The courier came to collect the shoes. Have been trying for months to get a replacement but with no luck. After numerous emails I have no response. And there is no contact number for me to call.
