Tried to buy Safety boots online from Batawork but my size not available..Used online portal to message Bata.co.za ..They don't even respond. Then messaged on the portal of Batawork.co.za..Got a reply from someone from FTS Safety Group by mail who said that he could get the boots from Bata in 2-3 days as they had no stock.. I rep**** immediately asking him to source these boots and advise the way forward with payment. To this day(1 week later) I have heard nothing ..even after numerous follow up mails and portal submissions/ messages.. I eventually ordered Rebel boots through Pienaar Bro's online shop. Thanks Bata and Batawork and/or your distributor FTS Safety Group for the non existant service...... Business must be booming.
