Dissatisfied and Disappointed Customer

<p>On 06/01/2017 I received an sms from Bata as I'm a regular shopper and a club member telling me I have 308 points that is R77.00 to redeem off my next purchase. Very excited I hurried off to Bata Galleria to buy my son a pair off school shoes. The cashier and the manager was unable to give me the discount I was patient I told her I will do some other shopping and come back. They did try several times telling me I will receive an sms which did not happen. I left and came back an hour later same problem. I paid the full price and left my number with the manager to sort it out and he said he will call me. A week later no call. It's not about the discount it's about the principle. I will not shop there again and will also advise friends and family not to because this club does not exist. This happened once before as well. I still have the receipt where I paid the full price. Very disappointed.</p>
