Disgusting service received from store manger Lenasia

I been to Bata store at Boulders brought a pair of Sandals which I did they say them It’s for my husband the size and cut of sandal was small did not fit my husband I took it back for a bigger size which was a size 11 even so that size did not fit so I did ask the sale lady if I could maybe take to other branch that near me so that I could get a correct size. I went to Lenasia mall Bata they had no sizes and nothing that was comfortable . I request for sale lady to please refund me as they is no size and this store does not have what I want. They she tell me we do not refund customers she needs to get her manager to authorised it the store consultant from Lenasia named Impo Called a few people after a 45 minutes wait finally got hold of store manager that refused to speak to even thought I insist final I spoke to her named Tshilidz Murabi. She was rude and nasty no way of talking to any person don’t want to listen to me and tell me I must call back cause she in church but this is working hours and she refuse to give me her supervise’s number (MANGER number) who could help be for my refund. Why is it so easy buy something but if it does not fit and you not happy with Bata shoes does not want to refund customer wore customer service you will receive from BATA for me this company is a ***** that stole my money and refused to give it back Most disgusting cheap manger with no way of handle customer over the phone.
