Bata shoes not that tough

<p>My grade 8 daughter needed school shoes.My wife and I settled on Bata because of their reputation.I did not realize that they have a 6 month warranty on their shoes. Within 6 months the stitches started opening up. We only decidedto take the shoes at the end of the Julyschool holiday. The Pavilion branch told us that we were 13 days outside the warranty .This is totally unfair to us as we would have taken the shoes in at the beginning of the holiday.Besides what kind of shoes is Bata making if it lasts for only six months?</p> <p>My wife and I are both teachers and we will recommend that parents ensure that they buy school shoes from manufacturers that offer at minimum a one year guarantee.</p> <p>21/07/2017</p>
