BATA shoes not lasting more than 3 months

Good day We purchased a pair of Bata shoes the Chelsea STC Boot and it did not last even 3 months and you should see the state these shoes looks like. In saying this they were not cheap and I would expect them to last longer than 3 months at least. We have send emails to bata customer service and have not heard back from them yet. We have attached pictures of the shoes so they can see what it looks like.
