BATA SA i want my refund back BA

The worst online purchase service I have experienced. I ordered tekkies for my son for school, order arrived late and I had already made other alternative and bought tekkies somewhere as my son needed them for school. When the parcel arrived I completed the return and refund form as I was advised in order to return the order back in which I was told they will respond to me within 3-7 working days , 7days passed and no one contacted me and then 2 weeks passed still no contact from Bata, in between those days I was waiting to be contacted I was always posting on their fb page stating the no response from them and the bad customer service I have received, until I was given an email address to send my query to , in which I did and I explained to the person (whom I have his name and email address) that I needed to return the order back and wanted to be refunded back, and I told that particular person that I didn't open the parcel as there was no need cause I didn't need anymore so it is still in its original packaging, on 8 February 2024 finally the courier company came to collect the parcel and I was given a track number in order to track the parcel which I did and it showed that the parcel arrived at their warehouse in Durban on the 14/ 02/2024. I then email the person on which I was on contact with to find out hiw I was gonna be refunded back my money as they have received their parcel and I they have not refunded me my money however I got no reply from that person , since the 14th I have been emailing the company asking about the progress of my refund But No One is responding to my email , I'm not sure if I'm being ignored or what and I want my refund back , they have the shoes , why am I being ignored when u sent emails for refund This has been the worst online purchase experience for me , Bata Sa service us really bad, slow and no response to email . I don't think I will ever buy from them again . My order number is #16989 and they do have my contact from the numerous emails I have sent to them
