Bata mistreatment

<p>Hi </p> <p>i bought security shoes at Bata in boksburg(commissioner street) at R250 last week Tuesday. I only wore them 3 times they got broken. I then went back to Bata where i bought them i was told that they could not do anything about it as shoes that they are selling are second hand. This is written nowhere in the shop and i was never told about that and shoes looks bew and well in packages.</p> <p>I asked what second hand means as i was there somebody came to buy a school shoes also complaining that he bought the other one three weeks earlier they were broken.</p> <p>As i am sending this message i never heard of Bata. They are in possession of my money and the shoes i only gave the slip.</p> <p>Please do see what can be done with that issue because they are riping people off knowing the quality of what they are selling us here.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Christophe Ango</p> <p> ********** </p> <p> </p>
