Bata- Hammarsdale

I ordered a size that didn't fit the child, I sent a request for an exchange on the 3rd of January but still no one from Bata has contacted me. if i call they will make me wait for 15minutes on the line with no one attending to the call. Today is the 19th, there is still no response. I had to go and buy a new pair elsewhere because the schools have reopened. Very disappointing service!! I will never again buy online. Its terrible!!
