Bata does not honour the promotional R50 vouchers

A pair of shoes was bought at a Bata store in Rustenburg. My husband was given a R50 voucher and 2 pairs of socks. My husband was told he would get R50 of the next pair of shoes he bought at Bata as long as it was before 31 Jan.
