BAD SERVICE from BATA & PARGO

I bought school shoes at Bata 18 October was the 2nd attempt to shoes not reaching me and order was cancelled earlier which got lost with PARGO courier shoes reached me and I had already purchased another pair as my kid needed the shoes urgently upon receiving the shoes 28th October I returned 29th October and dropped of at a PARGO drop off point. I requested Refund and till today I haven't received my money the funny thing is No1 makes contact I've been calling Bata and emailing but nothing seems to get resolved Bata can I please have my money back. You both and PARGO have given me the most disgusting service ever
