Bad service Bata

I ordered a pair of Comfi shoes/trainers and after waiting with no sign of delivery, I sent an email only to be then told that they are no longer in stock and I can choose an alternative or request a refund. I requested a refund for the cost of the shoes as well as the courier fees on 27 September but to date, have received no refund and when I call to speak to Gloria Khoza, it always goes through to her answering system and she does not return any calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE!!!
