Bad quality product and service

I purchased a pair of ladies shoes at your store in ****arney Mall, Johannesburg in December 2017. After purchasing and paying, i noticed the shoe that had been in box had glue on it and wasnt in great condition. The other shoe had been on display and there were no spare sizes. I had already paid when i saw what the shoe looked like, and then noticed the one was a bit off colour at a certain section as well. I then said i'd leave the shoes and wanted my money back. Was told i was the first customer for the morning and there was no cash in store to refund me. We tried then to find an alternative pair of shoes, but nothing was suitable. So i left the store with the shoes i had paid for, upon wearing them the first time for a Wedding, the insole of the one shoe came out completely. Not even a month later and now the second shoe has done the same. This is appalling as i've been buying from Bata for years and always been happy with the quality and now i've wasted R499.90 on a pair of shoes i cannot wear. I should in theory be refunded for this and Bata should maybe step up their quality control.
