Bad customer service

<p>Bought school shoes for my daughter at Bata in Festival mall in March this year. The glue is now coming off and the shoes are coming apart and she cant wear the shoes anymore. I had to buy another pair last week. When i took them back the supervisor says the shoes look old and they need to consult with their district manager, why would i return old shoes?Really bad customer service if you ask me. They were so unfriendly. I wont be buying anything from them anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
