Bad customer service

After placing an order on the 13th of november ,until now it's the 4th of December i havent got my parcel, no communication no updates ,no response from a tonne of emails i send ,not answering calls, this business is just trash ,will not recommend anyone to buy from them. Just save youself from losing your hard earned money
