Bad Customer Service

Went to purchase shoes at Bata Jabulani Mall on the 08 December 2015, when I eventually got attention from the sales ladies they didn't have my size. I ask Thembisile to check at other branches and she said their system is down, I asked her to call their 2 nearest branches and she said their lines are not working, and they are not allowed to make such calls for customers. Then she pretended to be calling someone on their cell and she said its on voicemail.
