Bad Attitude- Poor customer service

I approached a lady to exchange the shoes I had bought from the shop 3 days ago and the lady went to call her \manager"she then refused to exchange it due to her apparent feeling it was not in good condition to sell. I have literally worn the shoes one day. She then refused to give me an owners number/ person in charge of the franchise as she says \""no one employed me here\"""
