Angry customer

I placed an order on the 9th of November for 2 pairs and 1 pair of kids lace up sneakers of which the sneakers were small. The ram couriers collected my package for a return the reference is attached below, it's now January and there's no communication or refund schools are already opened and it's sports season please assist as this is an urgent matter I need the sneakers for my son.
