Unauthorized charges

I have a very serious problem related to your company. My cell phone account has since the end of October 2022 been billed with an amount of R 6.09 per day plus R7.00 per day WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION!

I did not ask for or subscribe to this content service and as a result of the unauthorized charges on my cell phone contract, my service provider has suspended my account as it has run up to R14805.40 in charges!!!

I demand that these charges be reversed ASAP.
