Thievery and ******* deductions

You have been deducting R7 and R3 respectively daily from my Telkom account since 2022. Who authorized these deduction, certainly NOT ME!! This is ******* and theft. I want ALL my funds to be returned ASAP. I don't even know what you are deducting it for. I insist that someone from your company contacts me immediately, as this has now run into the thousands.
