need answers
My mother has a problem because money is taken out of her phone bill by a company called Basebone. We do not know about this company. When looking on the internet at the hello peter we see many problems. Can somebody help us, please?

24 Apr 2019, 15:49We called the number and the lady was very helpful and after looking at the number was subscribed on games from a service. This has been done by the grandchildren playing on the phone. But the kids have not asked permission.
The problem has been resolved after the call and they helped us to block the mobile so the kids can not subscribe.
They helped us get the monies back.
We are very happy with the help. Thank you so much
