I'm charged for a service I never signed-up from since a year ago

I'm billed R7 every day since last year on my contract number but didn't sign-up for the service or use the service. Please refund all my money since the subscription was not authorized by myself.

Please respond accordingly - I tried to call your service and no response. I have cancelled the service on my profile and also using your automated method not sure how and why I was subscribed to the service. All I want is refund.
