Content Services Charges
In October last year I added a new line to my Vodacom contract. In November there was a charge for content services charges on my invoice. When I queried Vodacom about this they told me it was related to subscription charges at R7 a day by a company called Basebone/Mara Networks/WASPA. I know nothing about this and I have been requesting them to cancel it since January. Till today I am still getting charged for something I know nothing about and Vodacom cannot cancel this!
