Complaint against Company called basebone
Apparently l' subscribed for basebone and now I am sitting with a bill of over R350. Who is this people and company an why would I subscribe for something that I never heard of it know. Vodacom please help to rectify and get my money back.

Please be advised that Basebone (PTY) Limited merely provides a billing capability for clients to be able to charge consumers of the Mobile Network Operators for services requested.
We are only permitted to bill a MSISDN when a positive confirmation is received from the Mobile Network Operator, based on the operators Business Rules.
The confirmation process is handled by the Mobile Network Operator and the user of the MSISDN in all cases independently of the provider offering the service e.g. content.
Basebone Group, is a global provider of mobile technology solutions, and South Africa is not our only market. We operate across 4 continents and in 17 different countries, providing billing solutions to leading content providers, or directly to Mobile Network Operators.
