Basebone unsolicited subscription service

Please will you unsubscribe me from this service. I did not authorize to be subscribed to whatever service Basebone provides and have no idea how my number is even in records in the first place. I recieved the below message today on my number ***. Please remove me from your database and I do not wish to have any future contact with your service.
