Nonpayment

So I took a risk and put my money in the investment scheme. It was a year ago when I joined and last month when I requested for a payout I got a system message that the money should reflect in my bank account within 72 hours. Today is the 12th of February and I made the request on the 15th of January and I'm still waiting for my money. To make things worse you get no correspondence at all even when you try to contact them you never succeed as their phones ring until you hang up and their emails and whatsapp absolutely no response or acknowledgement.
