It’s a pity HelloPeter doesn’t allow me to give zero stars, because even one star feels generous. I would not recommend Basadi WiFi to anyone who values good service, communication or accountability. My connection/activation has now been down for 15 days, despite repeatedly communicating the issue and explicitly explaining that I work from home and rely on a stable internet connection to earn a living. What has been particularly appalling is their ability—or apparent inability—to communicate effectively with customers. Getting a clear update, meaningful assistance or an actual resolution has been unnecessarily difficult. There seems to be very little urgency when dealing with a customer who is paying for a service they aren't receiving. Their inability to properly manage connections and activations is equally concerning. Fifteen days is an absurd amount of time for a customer to remain without service, particularly after the provider has been made fully aware of the circumstances. The worst part is how you are made to feel as a customer. Instead of feeling like a paying client whose business matters, you are made to feel like **** for expecting the service you've paid for and asking for basic communication. I've been patient. I've communicated. I've explained the impact this is having on my work. Yet 15 days later, I'm still without a functioning connection. If you like good customer service, reliable communication and accountability, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Basadi WiFi has been an incredibly disappointing experience.

Murou wabasadi Telecoms what kind of Service are you giving to your customers? I find it in bad taste and bad customer service that on weekends we are unable to pay four WiFi services simply because you don't work on weekends. How is it possible that because you don't work on weekends the customer must be stuck until Monday? What kind of Micky mouse operation are you running there. I think it's disgusting that this is how you treat your customers.
