3 Withdrawals and never got paid ,6 months of waiting

Respected Sir/Madam, With due respect ,Would you please proceed with my payments? i invested to avoid financial problems that i am currently facing and it looks like you are even worse and making me go through all these. i trusted you but now i get no response and i get no pay . will all my cries for my kids lacking of food and their mother put all the efforts in BASADI but now looks like it went in vain. I am writing this letter to find out by when i can be paid and why i have not been paid yet ? i have trusted BASADI and invested with all that i had for a better future mostly for my children. On the 18 May 2021 i made my first withdrawal of R15 000 and never got paid On the 15 July i made a second one of R15 000 and never got paid. On the system , it s still saying Pending for 6 Months now . That money (R30 000) has never been paid and it has never been sent back to my ROI account and that for 6 months. Today 12/October/2021 is my expiry date , and i withdraw R 49000 in the morning my withdrawal total amount is R79 000 and still pending. I am humbly requesting for assistance to kindly pay what belongs to me so that I will be able to provide for my kids and fill my needs. it has been very hard and difficult for me. Please help as I need to pay the rent, school fees, food and others… Now they telling me i must buy BAP COIN and then re-sell it for me to get my Cash , I CALL NO ONE ANSWER, ON WHATSSAP I AM BEING IGNORED.
