Basnetwork - *****

My husband had a phone call saying we signed for extras and an insurance on a contract and we must pay 45.00 for the insurance and that includes the phone we got which is so untrue. We never agreed to a phone or received one and we NEVER agreed to extras including insurance. The ladies name who keeps phoning and harrassing my husband for the money is a Suraksha from Basnetwork which is a sister company to MOBILE PLUS and keeps telling my husband that the debit will be going off on the last day of this month.

I am now at my wits end and will be handing this over to a lawyer. Can someone please help us.
