VERY BAD SERVICE

Worst company to deal with ever. I have a problem that I need sorting out with them, after numerous emails and hopeless telephone calls as you rarely get past switchboard and if you do you get sent from pillar to post as none of the employees takes ownership or tries to help with the query. Emails just simply remains unanswered. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
