Thousands not refunded

I am a registered reseller. Placed 2 orders of over R20 000.

They moved their warehouse and had issues. We received emails with all of these nonsense excuses and said that they would refund. I have requested a refund for months and nothing yet. My sales rep Sensiwe, just passes me on the finance and they ignore me!!!! No business can function like this!!!!
