Poor Quality products - No ownership

We bought uniforms and safety boots for our employees from Barron through a supplier. We bought 22 pairs of the Barron Chelsea Safety Boots. Soon after the staff started wearing them, they started giving problems, the foot soles at the bottom and sides started tearing. The supplier immediately replaced two pairs for us and returned it to Barron to investigate. Soon after more and more of these shoes showed the same problem. Half of my staff now sits with these shoes that is tearing apart. Barron does not want to take ownership on the problem as our supplier does not get joy from Barron regarding this problem that was brought to their attention. The quality of their clothing has surely moved a step backwards. We have bought clothes for a couple of years now from Barrron and there is always a problem. We bought 3 in 1 jackets and almost all my staff had issues with stitching going loose. When we received our new clothes this year (end of March) and after one week, on one of my Bermuda shorts the stitching went loose in the front of the pants. My second blue pair, the stitching on the pocket on the inside is also loose now and everything falls through the hole in my pocket.
