Pathetic customer service
The worst service ever. Client satisfaction is not one of their strong points. I have been let down by them on more than one occasion. No follow through or feedback and to top things off they still sitting with my money. No offer for a refund or credit. Unreliable and they make me as a small business owner look even more unreliable. Very sad
