Dissapointed

I am very dissapointed in Barron Clothing latest client service. First i had an order that was short packed. They claimed that it wasnt, but i been waiting for a month to let them do the reweight. I have also been struggling for 2 weeks to get them to allocate a payment for another order i have placed. There is no effort in getting back to me with any results. I have been a client of Kevro for many years, but i am very dissapointed in their recent client services.
