Barron South Africa move creates more problems

Since Barron SA moved to the new building in Westlake, its been HELL!! The last communication from Barron was on 4 Feb 2020??? Seems like the CEO is MIA!! There has been NO UPDATES about the FAILED system ever since (or plans of how this is going to be rectified going forward), no accountability is taken by Barron South Africa for all of our unhappy customers, all of our lost clients and income!! The only people there that you see running are all of those poor souls in dispatch, because they are the only ones actually facing the angry resellers entering the doors every day. All of the people working behind the scenes to pick and pack are going about their day without any sense of urgency. Our clients don't want to hear SORRY anymore, they want answers and deadlines / commitments met. Orders from Jan still not dispatched - order numbers being duplicated, short packed, incorrectly packed AND branded. The list is endless and the frustration is really taking it's toll on all of us! SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!
