Barron is pathetic on service

I placed an order on Friday 30 Oct and the webpage had a notice claiming that if you order before 8am your order will be delivered the same day. If you order after 12pm, your order will be delivered the following day by Skynet. Its Thursday 14:58, after numerous calls to Barron yesterday and today, my order is still not here. Now this is not the first time Barron has failed to deliver but what's worse is that they don't even allow you to collect your order (because one already knows they are always delays). So as resellers what do we tell our clients when Barron constantly fails to meet their end of the bargain. Poor and pathetic systems that they cannot fulfil themselves.
