Barron George is the worst
We've bought all our crew uniforms from Barron George in the past. About a month ago a took a shirt for embroidery. They said it will take long (about 2 weeks) Last week (week 3) I phoned them to get an update. They said they will phone me back the end of the day. When I phoned them this morning they said they didn't do the embroidery and will give me a number of someone else I can ask. Now I know that embroidery on only 1 item is a bit of a hassle. But rather be honest. Phone me back and communicate. They didn't even apologize. When I got to the branch this morning the item was still there, it wasn't even sent to the warehouse for the embroidery.
