Barron Clothing incompetence

I made an order for a client in October and there has nothing that has been done to date. ANd now I am being told nothing will be done because of stock taking.

I am losing business because of the incompetence and bad service that I am being given here, what type of business is this. I have been there I have sent countless emails and I have been patient, I have cried pleaded shouted and begged there is nothing positive coming from this interaction. I am sorely disappointed and angry and hurt. What type of business are they conducting that does not cater to all clients needs
