Is Barracudacentral.org ligit? Or cyber bullies?

Barracuda Central is a blacklist IT company that once they target you never let go. My email account was hacked and ever since then they keep on blacklisting me. Even with a new PC and full virus check I still get black listed continously. I clear my reputation with them and them shortly after it gets blacklisted again! You can not contact them, your online message contact gets ignored and they do not explain or help. I do not send out spam so what the ??? Why??? They are blocking the little bit of business I am managing to get during Covid-19 times. Their link to register your domain on their site never opens - tried it from 3 different PC's. Who monitors them? They have become giants bullying the innocent little man!
