Very dissapointed VW BARONS BELLVILLE WESTERN CAPE

Hi am very dissapointed with vw barons in belville, my shortfall wants me to pay for extras, while the car came factory fitted, and they want me to pay for 120000km waranty that i didnt even use, and delivery while i fecth it myself. Please help , and please call me ***
