Bad and *****elent' bussiness Barons Bellville

Today the 17th March 2020 I took my VW Polo to Barons Bellville for a 20 000 service. I was told to be there 7h30. I arrived 7h30 and the car was booked in. My km reading was 61448. The car is a Polo TSI 2016 Model. Everything was in order. At the time arrived there I was 3rd in the line. At 14h I received a call from a lady who was the Service consultant who told that they inspect the car and found that my waterpump was faulty and the cost to repair it were R9800-00. My service which was a 20 000 km service was already Debted for R4700-00. I then said to leave the replacement for the Waterpump and that I'm on my way to Barons. I was furious when arrived at Barons due to the fact that for the past 4 years I drove the car there was nothing wrong. I serviced the car regularly at Barons on the Service intervals and had never problems. The car never overheat or gave an indication of a waterleak. I regularly checked the car for water leaks and the water indicator as well engine oil. This morning before I took the car in nothing was wrong. When I received the call 14h15 from Barons I realized that they only started that time with the service and that the car was standing for 6 hours before they started. When I arrived at Barons I asked questions on how they came to conclusion that my waterpump is faulty and leaked water if I did not experienced any of that before the Service. The Service Consulted lady with an attitude told not to come make a noice and am I saying that they are de*****ed me. That is where I lost my cool and asked her for the manager and the people who service the car. I had to wait long and every time I was told that the Manager was with a client. Eventually the guys who worked or service the car turned up and showed me pictures when they discovered the leak. The time the photos was taken was 14h45. I told them that when I booked in the car for a service in the morning there was no leak or did I experienced a water problem. I never had in this 4 years had filled up the water level. I told them that I suspect something fishy about the whole issue. They even told me for a fine cheek if I drove the vechile out of their premises I cannot come back if the engine blown up. They further told me that for the replacement of the waterpump Barons will assist me with R4900 and I only had to pay R5000. I was so angry and only paid for the service which was a rediciolous R4700 and left. I will never ever in my life go back to Barons VW Bellville and I had lost trust in VW. The service was so bad as well the personnel. **************** as well **********. I am in the process to get a another vehicle but never again VW products.
