Worst customer service experience

Worst customer service ever. Bought a used car at N1 city Mastercars, after collection I noticed that the was paint residue every where and the rubber fitments were out of place. I informed the sales lady about this matter and had to follow up 3 times in a space of a month just to get an appointment.

Upon dropping off the vehicle I was asked if I had my own transport to take me home. Where is the courtesy? They are now done with the vehicle and I'm told to make my way to collect the vehicle after I have used my own fuel to make it there.

If anything the service is pathetic after they get the sale, forgetting that in a good 3-5 years I might be looking for a vehicle again. This is nothing but a slap on the face as though every was my fault.
