utterly disgusting service

I am so disgusted by the service I received when having my vehicle services at Barons N1 City!! They stripped my car due to finding a noise on the engine and couldn't determine what it was. The lady called me at 3PM to ask if I can leave the car there.. I leave work at 4PM... They didn't have a courtesy car for me... I had to then sit and wait until after 5PM for my car to be returned to me... And on top of that I still had to travel to Grabouw, now you can imagine the frustration. They never even told me whether the car needs to be booked again. My daddy had to wait in the cold for me to fetch him due to this. We get unknown number missed calls and one voicemail on my daddy's phone to call a number but no name. I phoned the number, left my details and guess what.. nobody ever called back... And u call this customer service?? Ive been warned about Barons N1 City's service, but thought I might get better service. Guess one should listen to others when they say their service is bad!!!
