the worse after purchase service ever

i bought a vw scirocco with 118k on the clock and the vehicle was driven down to johannesburg for delivery.<br> <br> I was the will be serviced for free because by the time it got here it was due for service.<br> <br> I was given the run around till now and the car hasn't been serviced and i've been inquiring about it for almost a year now and my car is giving me mechanical problems and my maintenance guys will not help because the car missed one service. <br> <br> This is unbelievable for a dealership as huge as VW.<br> <br> My car now has a leaking water pump and a catalystic convertor fault and my maintenance won't help and VW doesn't want to take responsibility.
